YOGA for Women – Beginners (Monday)
YOGA FOR STRONG BODY, CALM MIND and OPTIMUM HEALTH
Course Description:
Welcome to a yoga practice designed to be a peaceful highlight of your week. This beginners’ class offers a warm, gentle introduction to yoga, focusing on foundational poses, mindful breathing, and softening the pace of your day.
We complete our practice in Shavasana, where I will guide you through a short Yoga Nidra meditation. This beautiful technique induces deep relaxation while maintaining full awareness, allowing your body and mind to fully absorb the benefits of the session.
This practice is designed to improve your flexibility, strength, and balance, while providing a genuine sense of stress relief and mental clarity.
NOTE
If anyone has an injury or mobility issues, we advise you to talk to the tutor in advance of enrolling for the course.
