Reiki 1 – Beginners

Course Description:

A course for beginners who wish to learn about Reiki energy, auras, and would like to use Reiki healing for themselves, family and friends.
Over this ten-week course you will learn to do Reiki healings for yourself and others. It includes

• History of Reiki
• Reiki 1 Initiation
• Feeling and channelling Reiki energy
• Chakras and how to look after them
• Block in energy fields and how to remove them
• Causes of diseases/illnesses and how to maintain health                                                                                                                                                 

Entry requirements: This course is open to complete beginners.
