Meditation & Mindfulness
Still Mind: Over the course of this ten week program you will learn techniques and tools to learn to make peace with your busy mind. these meditation practices will ground and center you, enabling you to observe more and breathe more fully. Over time you will enjoy a greater stillness and quiet in body and mind.
This class will teach you the basics of slowing down the mind so that you learn to enjoy long moments of peace and ease. We will employ breathwork and ancient wisdom traditions as well as mindfulness techniques to promote stillness and bring you to a full appreciation of the current moment.

A qualified body/mind teacher since 2013 (apprenticing through 2012), Grainne has completed 500 hrs of Yoga teacher training. Grainne is a registered, accredited and insured member of Yoga Alliance Professionals, and a fully qualified and accredited Senior Yoga, Pilates, Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor.
In 2018 and in response to client demand, Grainne created Yogapal, Ireland’s first online wellness resourcing platform. Yogapal has continued to pivot and prior to Covid became an On-Demand service. Yogapal continues to grow as a resource hub offering yoga and mindfulness programs, books, community resources, merchandise, recorded and live services.
