Food safety training is a legal requirement for anyone working in a food business.

I have worked in food manufacturing companies and understand the importance of food safety to provide safe, quality foods and reduce the potential for food poisoning or food product recalls.

This course is designed to deliver food safety information in a clear engaging manner across 10 weeks to allow you time to review the information each week and answer any questions you may have about the course.
