I discovered yoga in 2008 and from here my passion and love for the practice grew which led me to Thailand where I completed my first 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2012. I further completed another 250hr Classical Teacher Training with Samadhi Yoga Studio in Dublin in 2015. I have been teaching since 2016 and continue to study through regular workshops & daily practice.
I teach from beginners to advanced classes. My style of teaching consists of using movement and breath to produce a flow of postures that lead naturally from one to the next.
The amazing thing about yoga is that its for everyone. Yoga reaps many benefits from mindfulness to improving strength and flexibility.
