PACE PILATES FOR MEN AND WOMEN: TUESDAY

This course in on Tuesday evenings 7:30 – 8:30pm, it commences on 06th October 2020 and runs for 8 weeks.
The sequence and timing of the events in our lives effect the outcome just as much as the events themselves. So too with exercise! Pace Pilates is a classic
Joseph Pilates Mat class but with a calm flow which allows you to focus deeply and achieve more than you expected.
Every muscle group is systematically and thoroughly conditioned and leaving you with a wonderful sense of wellbeing which is its own motivation to join us again the next week. Suitable for both beginners and advanced levels.
