Pace Pilates offers a Fitness Pilates Mat class but with a flow which allows you to focus deeply on
your inner energy and achieve more than you expected in exercising.
Every muscle group is systematically and thoroughly conditioned and leaving you with a wonderful
sense of well being which is its own motivation to join us again the next week.
