Online Chair Yoga
This course teaches you the basics of yoga practice from your chair.
Whether you are new to yoga, feeling unfit or working from home, you will enjoy the benefits of using your chair to practice yoga.
We will perform safe stretches, bends, articulations and twists using the chair and sometimes the wall. We will also enjoy a refreshing mindfulness meditation to bring the class to a refreshing close.
Course Format: Remote via Zoom
Time: Wednesday 8.30 – 9.30pm for 8 Weeks
